Owning the caravan does not usually mean owning the pitch. The right to keep it there depends on the licence agreement and any incorporated park rules.
Check the fixed term, renewal wording, age or condition provisions and the process for termination. Then compare those terms with any promise made at sale about how long the unit could remain.
Ask for the park’s position, deadline and costs in writing. Preserve photographs and maintenance records before agreeing to removal, surrender or part exchange.
