Information we collect
When you submit an assessment we collect the contact details and answers you provide, including information about your holiday park, purchase, costs, finance, agreements and concerns. We also record campaign information, the landing page, basic browser data and a one-way hash of the network address used to prevent abuse. We do not intentionally ask for special-category personal data in the initial form.
Why we use it
- To take steps at your request by reviewing and responding to your enquiry
- To pursue our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service
- To comply with legal obligations
- To send optional updates only where you have separately consented
Who may receive it
Authorised staff and service providers may process information for hosting, email, security and enquiry management. If your circumstances appear suitable, we may discuss an introduction to an independent legal or other specialist professional. We will explain the proposed recipient and purpose where required. A recipient that accepts instructions will provide its own privacy information.
International processing
Website and email systems may use suppliers that process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate UK data-protection safeguards should be used.
Retention
Initial enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for legal, regulatory, security or dispute reasons. Unnecessary information may be deleted sooner.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us by email. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
