A private sale can mean selling on the existing pitch, subject to the park’s approval process, or selling the unit off-site after disconnection and transport. Those routes can produce very different values.
Check first-refusal rights, buyer approval, transfer commission, advertising restrictions, disconnection charges and whether a new pitch licence will be offered. Request every figure in writing before comparing offers.
